Position: Graphic / Visual Designer
Responsibilities
• Design static visual assets such as single images, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives;
• Create layouts that align with brand identity and advertising goals — including font selection, color harmony, composition, and visual hierarchy;
• Produce ad creatives in various dimensions and formats that comply with Meta and Google Ads specifications;
• Collaborate closely with the content, media buying, and growth teams to deliver and iterate on performance-driven visual assets.
Requirements
• Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma;
• Familiarity with advertising platform standards (e.g., image ratios, file size limits, text overlay percentages);
• Strong understanding of visual conversion principles — including focal point design, effective CTA layout, and user attention flow;
• Solid art foundation, excellent typography and layout skills, and a keen sense of brand and aesthetics;
• Bonus: Experience working on Meta or Google ad creatives with proven results.
