ABOUT THE ROLE
Brand, Culture, & Experience Team | Reports to Chief Innovation Officer | Based in Boston or Remote
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for helping Genuine Foods increase visibility, generate inbound leads, and strengthen its brand through digital platforms. This role will own our digital presence, from websites and SEO to email, analytics, and paid media.
We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer who combines creativity with analytics and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You should be passionate about telling our story and using data to drive decisions that grow our impact and pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and continuously improve all owned web properties, including performance, content, and SEO
Design and execute robust email marketing campaigns to support awareness and lead generation goals
Oversee digital ad spend across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and optimize campaigns for performance
Track and report on digital performance metrics to inform strategy
Collaborate with content and design teams to align messaging and visuals across channels
Work closely with Business Development to support regional campaigns and funnel growth
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Your campaigns drive adoption of healthy food at institutions across the US and significant revenue growth for the company
You grow inbound leads through smart, strategic, and innovative digital campaigns
You increase brand visibility in key markets and among priority audiences
You create a seamless and engaging digital experience that reflects our brand and mission
QUALIFICATIONS
4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, email, and analytics
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing platforms like Google Analytics and, HubSpot, etc.
Experience managing websites (e.g., Squaresp Space) and improving performance
Proficiency in creating or managing creative assets (email, display, social)
Excellent writing and communication skills
