We are looking for a GTM and Growth Ops Engineer who wants to make a real impact by building our go-to-market infrastructure and shaping how we scale revenue operations.
You will:
Build and integrate our GTM toolchain (e.g. Cognism, Dealfront, Clay, Pipedrive, PandaDoc, Juro, Google Drive)
Develop and maintain automations with e.g. Make, n8n, or Zapier to connect leads, CRM, quotes, and contracts seamlessly
Own our CRM system (e.g. Pipedrive): pipeline design, data hygiene, dashboards, and KPI tracking
ICP Lead Generation
Build quote and contract workflows (PandaDoc, Juro, DocuSign), including templates
Set up automated reporting (Lead → SQL → Won, pipeline coverage, contract cycle times) for founders and investors
Collaborate closely with founders on GTM and Growth strategy and target customer focus
Enable sales to get the most out of the tools and establish feedback loops across sales, marketing, and product
Experienced in setting up or running CRM and automation systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Skilled with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, API integrations)
Solid understanding of B2B sales processes (lead gen, funnel, contracting)
Process- and data-driven mindset, hands-on problem solver
Bonus: familiarity with the EU market and GDPR compliance
