The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department and contributes to a positive employee experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle. This position is responsible for managing a variety of HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations support, policy compliance, HRIS maintenance, and leave of absence coordination. The HR Generalist acts as a resource to both employees and managers, ensuring consistent application of company policies and providing timely, professional HR support across the organization.
This position reports directly to the VP of People Operations & Strategic Initiatives and collaborates closely with leadership and department heads to support company goals, promote an inclusive workplace culture, and help drive strategic HR initiatives.
