About the Opportunity

This is an independent contractor role within a global professional network focused on personal growth, leadership, and career development.

You’ll support individuals navigating career transitions, mindset shifts, and personal development journeys. Your HR and people experience will guide others toward clarity, confidence, and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mentor & guide professionals using your HR, recruitment, onboarding and people expertise
• Support individuals in aligning work with their values and purpose
• Build authentic relationships through digital platforms and values-led communication
• Introduce proven personal growth, leadership, and career development tools
• Operate independently, managing your own schedule while collaborating within a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring

Who This Is For

• Experienced HR professionals, Recruiters, or People & Culture leaders with 5+ years’ experience
• Self-motivated, independent, and values-driven
• Comfortable communicating via LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital tools (or open to learning)
• Passionate about personal growth, transformation, and helping others succeed
• Interested in flexible, autonomous, and meaningful work
