Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Scheduler (UK Hours)

\uD83D\uDCC5 Monday to Friday
\uD83D\uDD53 60-minute unpaid lunch break
Purpose of the Role:
To effectively match candidates to suitable job opportunities with our client companies while ensuring all client staffing needs are met efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily scheduling of temporary and contract workers to meet client requirements.

Ensure all client shift requests are filled with appropriately screened, compliant, and competent workers.

Maintain high fill ratios and service delivery standards.

Conduct regular communication with working temps to confirm availability, attendance, and satisfaction.

Handle holiday accrual and related queries from candidates in a timely and accurate manner.

Update and maintain records on the company CRM system to ensure accurate data management.

Support the wider recruitment team with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Key Outputs:

Meet or exceed placement and fill rate objectives.

Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific recruitment processes.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in recruitment coordination, resourcing, or scheduling roles (agency or internal).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong administrative and CRM/data management abilities.

Proven customer service and relationship management skills.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
