Internship, Finance (Labor Team)

You'll join the Labor team responsible for allocating $400M+ of labor spend in order to provide outstanding value and service to our patients.
As the Retail Finance Intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to partner with Finance experts and support a dynamic team across its primary functions. You’ll have the unique opportunity to gain a broad range of experience in the many elements that contribute to the daily operations of a multi-faceted enterprise and develop critical business competencies through various tasks. During this internship, you may assist with the following duties:
Evaluate and report on retail & OD labor KPI’s
Provide insights to leadership on areas of opportunity
Evaluate the forecasting model and the impact to labor
Look for efficiencies in the scheduling platform that will make scheduling easier for our stores
Build out labor dashboards in Power BI
Preferred Skills:
Financial modeling in Excel
Data analysis and manipulation
Familiarity with financial software
Understanding of a P&L
Qualities of the ideal candidate:

Job-Related Requirements:
Facilities to work remotely, including private or semi-private workspace
Access to high-speed internet
Technology will be provided
Education Level: 3rd or 4th year
Degree Target: Finance or Accounting
Program Dates: June 1st to Aug 7th (You must be able to work the full 10 weeks)

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Salary Ranges: $20.00 - $28.50
