Your Impact
As the APJC Strategy & Planning Leader, you will be instrumental in driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the APJC Virtual Sales (Scale) organization, directly supporting the Sales VP of APJC Scale and their leadership team. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring alignment across Sales, Operations, and Finance to achieve regional success. Leverage your deep expertise to develop and implement operational plans, deliver critical insights, and drive key initiatives that translate into sales growth. Your ability to draw insightful business conclusions from complex data and present compelling recommendations to influence partners will be crucial to your success in this role.
Conduct Strategic, Data-Driven Analyses: Advise on technology focus and key growth initiatives that support the growth and scale of the APJC Mid-Market & SMB business, anchored around regional customer and market insights.
Drive Executive Communication: Articulate the APJC Scale strategy and story, detailing both current achievements and future strategic plans, to executive stakeholders.
Proactively Interact with Cross-Functional Teams: Better understand business strengths and opportunities, while aligning regional strategies to actionable outcomes.
Deliver Operational Excellence: Provide seamless operational support to the APJC virtual sales organization, including innovative sales tool optimization and sales readiness system setup.
Lead as a Strategic Leader: Inspire and mentor a team of Operations experts, empowering them to achieve individual and collective goals.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a combination of sales strategy, operations, or management consulting.
5+ years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing effort, conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, and building an executive-level story complete with recommendations.
Lead transformation work across sales territory & coverage optimization, data intelligence, AI-assisted selling, and operational processes.
Be fact-based and hands-on with data and analysis where needed while also utilizing existing standard methodologies wherever possible.
