Working Conditions: Must be flexible with working hours to align with both UK and US time zones. Going forward this will include Australian time zones too.

Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the business with the execution and management of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes digital advertising, content creation, graphic design, funnel management and design, video creation and editing, podcast editing, basic bot training and management and webinar coordination. Training will be provided where necessary. In any of these areas there could be outsourcing and managing that outsourcing. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in performance marketing, with strong analytical ability, creativity, and the capacity to deliver measurable results across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Advertising
Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). We run mainly organic campaigns at this time which means KPi’s are the benchmark.
Create, test, and optimise ad creatives and copy for engagement and conversion.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
2. Content Creation & Design
Develop engaging and persuasive content for ads, emails, blogs, and social media. The content must be different and creative - which ChatGPT is not.
Design high-quality different and creative marketing materials and graphics consistent with brand guidelines and market trends.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
3. Webinar Management
Coordinate and manage webinars from planning to execution and follow-up.
Oversee all pre-webinar activities, including promotional campaigns, email invites, and landing pages.
Manage webinar production and live webinar logistics, including platform setup, speaker coordination, and technical checks. Managing attendees’ live chat and questions.
Execute post-webinar follow-ups, including nurturing campaigns, survey collection, and reporting.
4. Campaign Management & Analysis
Assist in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign progress, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with management to improve marketing strategy based on data-driven performance outcomes.
5. General Marketing Support
Support the development of marketing calendars, promotions, funnels and strategic initiatives.
Maintain marketing databases and assist with audience segmentation.
Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign direction.
Key Skills & Attributes
Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital campaign management.
Strong understanding of ROAS, tracking, and analytics.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools.
Experienced in webinar management and coordination.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
Demonstrated experience with performance-based advertising and digital marketing platforms.
