Zonda is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Contractor to support the day-to-day operations of our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to broaden their marketing expertise by working across multiple areas of the discipline. You’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign operations, lead management, and performance analytics, while building cross-functional exposure to marketing, sales, product, and technology teams.
What You’ll Do
- Implement marketing outreach plans, including researching and contacting homebuilding organizations for sponsorship opportunities.
- Assist in managing B2B paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Update marketing presentations, collateral, and sales enablement materials.
- Update marketing content on the website and client portal.
- Support the marketing team on design needs, including updating social media graphics and marketing collaterals.
- Pull reports to track marketing campaign performance and other marketing KPIs.
- Administrative support for event programming and operations, such as collecting assets, scheduling calls, and updating websites.
- Aid on a variety of marketing projects as needed to ensure smooth team operations.
Who You Are
- 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, including paid media and social media.
- Homebuilding or real estate experience is a plus.
- Experience with Canva or another graphic design tool is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a curiosity for learning and improving processes.
- Problem-solver and results-driven, always taking the initiative to find solutions.
- Possess a positive attitude, eager to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
