Job Purpose:
To lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Anderson’s Tax, Asset Protection, and Estate Planning services. This role focuses on building high-performing, multi-channel campaigns that convert qualified prospects through educational funnels and optimized user journeys. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies including paid advertising, social media, search, email, affiliates, and events to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling offers, landing pages, and marketing assets aligned with key audience segments.
Partner with service leaders and other internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Paid Media:
Lead strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and other emerging platforms.
Oversee the production of high-impact video ads and short-form social content with internal and external creative partners.
Continuously A/B test headlines, creative elements, scripts, and offers to optimize click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Funnel Optimization:
Evaluate the entire customer journey to identify and address conversion bottlenecks across all channels.
Design and implement educational funnels including webinars, live events, workshops, and interactive content that build trust and drive action.
Performance Management:
Track and analyze marketing KPIs including cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), engagement metrics, and overall ROI.
Build and maintain dashboards that visualize performance trends and provide actionable insights to marketing and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
Demonstrated success managing paid digital campaigns with measurable results and strong ROI.
Strong analytical skills and experience drawing actionable insights from marketing data.
Background in service-based businesses—ideally in financial services, tax, legal, or consulting.
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications or advanced coursework in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related areas.
Performance Metrics:
Lead Generation: Volume and quality of leads generated through paid and organic campaigns.
Campaign Performance: Achievement of KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, and CAC.
Conversion Optimization: Improvements in funnel performance through testing and iteration.
Revenue Impact: Contribution to business growth through marketing-driven acquisition strategies.
