We’re looking for a globally-minded, lead-gen-focused, GTM-savvy Marketing Manager who doesn’t just understand global marketing, but can redefine it. You’ll rally a borderless network of gig-based experts (designers, writers, strategists, and specialists) and turn them into a high-performance engine that drives visibility, engagement, and demand across markets, fuels brand and demand campaigns, unlocks growth through AI-enhanced strategies, and arms our Sales team with the tools to close global deals.
This is a role for a strategic operator and creative powerhouse who’s energized by autonomy, obsessed with performance, and deeply fluent in the rhythms of modern, agile marketing.
What You'll Do
You’ll be the engine behind our global growth, building brand authority, accelerating pipeline, and arming our Sales team to win—fueled by performance data, smart storytelling, and AI-driven insights.
- Own and launch global campaigns that blend brand, product, and demand—customized for regional markets and executed through a flexible, gig-based model.
- Drive lead generation strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels—tracking MQLs, optimizing conversion funnels, and constantly iterating for growth.
- Develop GTM strategies for new offerings, product launches, and regional expansions in close partnership with Product and Sales.
- Enable Sales with the collateral, competitive intel, case studies, and messaging they need to close across segments and geographies.
- Build and manage a diverse network of freelance creatives and specialists, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution across time zones.
- Integrate AI tools into campaign development, content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analytics to scale smarter and faster.
- Localize assets and experiences with cultural nuance, making global feel personal.
- Report on performance, analyze ROI, and optimize campaign strategy based on real-time insights.
Who You Are
- A full-funnel B2B marketer with 5–10 years of experience in a fast-moving SaaS, tech, or multinational company
- Proven experience running multi-market, lead-gen-driven campaigns that build pipeline and brand
- A GTM pro who knows how to bring new products and services to life—aligned with Sales and Product strategy
- A storyteller with a clear, compelling voice—and a data-savvy brain that thrives in dashboards
- Comfortable working with (and directing) freelancers and agencies to scale global marketing efficiently
- Deeply familiar with tools like HubSpot, CMS platforms, AI content tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards
- An executor who can balance big-picture strategy with roll-up-your-sleeves action
