We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team to support our growing portfolio of podcasts, shows, events, merch, and more. This person will be a hands-on “hybrid” creative—an editor AND designer—who can cut video promos with the best of them but also design a mean social graphic. The ideal candidate should be a naturally creative individual, who is self-motivated. We want someone who can own this role, autonomously, and help make some killer creative assets.
Marketing Multimedia Designer
Location: United States, Remote
What you’ll do:
- Create marketing assets to help promote Men in Blazers shows, podcast, events, merch, and more
- Create new or edit existing video content into digestible ad formats
- Design marketing graphics for social, newsletter, website, etc.
- Collaborate with in-house teams, brand partners, and guest talent on asset production and approval
- Ideate on new creative ways-in and testing new content styles
- Integrate with our server to have complete mastery over new and archival Men in Blazers content
- Be a key member and mind on the marketing team, helping to enhance our ideas and our offering
What you need:
- Proven experience developing both video and graphic digital content over a variety of platforms
- The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, often times at different stages of the development lifecycle
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and tools used to create and distribute content
- High level of communication skills – seriously, this is important
- Willingness to move off the ball to assist other team members
- A deep understanding of and passion for the game of soccer is preferred
- Flexibility to be available during games, when necessary
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite, ideally Adobe Creative Cloud, Audition, Premiere and Photoshop
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
