About the Role

A dynamic marketing agency and print shop is seeking a bilingual Virtual Assistant (VA) to serve as a highly capable support partner across both businesses. This is more than an admin role — we're looking for someone who can grow into a "mini-me" for the owner: a versatile, proactive right-hand person with strong graphic design, digital marketing, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage graphic design proofs to ensure accuracy and quality
• Coordinate marketing and print shop projects from initiation to completion
• Maintain and update websites, CRM platforms, and digital assets
• Support SEO, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
• Serve as a communication bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Track tasks and deadlines, helping ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
• Assist with general administrative duties across both businesses
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (proficient English required, not necessarily fluent)
• Proven graphic design skills (reviewing and managing design projects is critical)
• Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, CRM, email marketing, website management)
• Project management experience (organized, self-motivated, reliable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors before print production
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
