Job Description:

You Are

You are an enthusiastic, adaptable legal professional who enjoys working across a wide range of matters and projects. You bring strong judgment, organization, and follow‑through, and you’re comfortable supporting attorneys and other legal team members on insurance, litigation, customer disputes, corporate governance, and general corporate work. You communicate clearly, work independently, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment with exposure to senior leaders. This is a part‑time position.

You Will

  • Support attorneys and legal team members on a variety of legal matters, projects, and day‑to‑day operational needs.

  • Assist with insurance‑related tasks, including gathering information, processing invoices, and tracking renewals.

  • Support customer disputes and litigation workflows, including litigation holds, document requests, and coordination with IT.

  • Create POs, assist with settlement payment processes, and track litigation and subpoena deadlines.

  • Provide backup support for IP and immigration tasks as needed.

  • Help respond to SME requests and route inquiries to the appropriate subject‑matter expert.

  • Submit tickets for updates to online contract forms and help maintain compliance calendars.

  • Provide occasional administrative support to attorneys when necessary.

You Bring

  • 5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.

  • A positive, can‑do attitude and the ability to apply common sense to new situations.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing deadlines and multiple workstreams.

  • Confidence to take ownership of projects and proactively identify and solve issues.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels, including executives.

  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for handling a broad range of matters with varying complexity.

  • High computer literacy and comfort working across multiple systems, including SharePoint.
