- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures and consultation guides to ensure consistent, fair application of policies across teams and locations.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and formal investigations, ensuring thorough documentation, procedural fairness, and timely resolution.
- Serve as the escalation point for challenging or unresolved ER issues, providing advanced guidance and coaching to People Partners.
- Oversee systematic performance structures, including probation checks, low-performance flags, and performance management processes, advising managers on compliance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Finance, IT, and Security to ensure integrated, compliant processes and smooth execution of HR initiatives.
- Analyze ER and compliance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a People function, specializing in Employee Relations and Governance within a global or multi-jurisdictional context.
- Demonstrated success managing and resolving complex ER cases and conducting investigations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify systemic risks, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Expertise in policy design, implementation, and lifecycle management, working in partnership with Legal and senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing SOPs, consultation guides, and frameworks to ensure consistent application of policies and processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across time zones, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Benefits:
- Fully remote work with flexible hours to support work-life balance.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience, role, and location.
- Flexible paid time off and parental leave policies.
- Learning and development budget to support professional growth.
