Overview:
The Principal Accountant will lead site cost accounting operations while providing critical manufacturing support and comprehensive financial reporting. This role directs the establishment and maintenance of corporate accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate fiscal record-keeping and timely preparation of financial reports.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain robust planning and budgeting systems that support strategic decision-making across the organization. They will analyze and interpret financial trends and operating results, evaluating performance in terms of costs, budgets, policies, and profit opportunities. The Principal Accountant will present key findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership to drive business performance.
A critical responsibility includes establishing procedures and internal controls to ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and other regulatory standards. This position requires strong technical accounting expertise combined with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
This is a hybrid opportunity requiring an on-site work schedule Tuesday through Thursday at our site in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $95,500.00 - $127,500.00 Annual. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
