Quality Assurance Analyst – Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management

The Quality Assurance Analyst at Argano 4 Microsoft serves as a gatekeeper for solution quality, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and functional requirements. Throughout the project lifecycle, QA Analysts validate functionality, identify issues, and collaborate with teams to deliver robust solutions.

Argano has a comprehensive D365FO Delivery Methodology where QA is a significant part: this presumes extensive knowledge of the D365FO system itself, so that the QA analyst could come up with a number of meaningful business-oriented Test scenarios for the business requirements outlined by consultants and business users.

QA Assistant is an important team member of the Project implementation team and has a wide exposure to all D365FO functional areas – joining the QA team would mean expanding the knowledge base from Finance to Production, from Procurement to Warehouse management. While consulting is more about deep knowledge in a specific area/set of areas, QA is more about broad knowledge of the system overall.

Responsibilities

• Handling client expectations towards system validation
• Working with the Project team and the Client to provide the proper Test coverage of the implemented scope
• Test plan and Test case creation for various business processes and business areas
• Test case execution to validate the quality and confirm lack of issues of the proposed solution
• Collaboration with functional and technical consultants to understand the business processes and customizations made to the D365FO application.
• Demonstration of Testing functionality in DevOps as well as overview of Testing goals and strategies, available options for their implementation.
• Guidance and mentorship to Associate QAs.
• Automated test case creation and support during automated regression testing performed by the users.
• Research on new test automation tools and techniques that are applicable to D365FO as well as remaining on top of RSAT changes.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Experience

• 3+ years working with D365FO, particularly in Finance, Trade & Logistics, Production, and Warehouse
• Prior QA experience in D365FO preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and commitment to quality assurance

Skill Requirements

• Solid knowledge of D365FO modules and supply chain-related processes
• Ability to identify gaps and define clear, user-friendly test scenarios
• Comfortable with emerging technologies and third-party integrations
• Capable of running client meetings and communicating findings

• Able to support US and CA clients in EST/PST time zone
