Inside Out is a US-based executive assistant placement firm. We place senior, career-level executive assistants with founders and executives across the United States, sourcing from a global talent pool that spans South Africa, Latin America, and the Philippines.

We fill roles fast: our standard is 7–10 days from client sign-on to placed candidate. That speed comes from one thing – a recruiting team that keeps a deep, pre-screened bench of exceptional EAs ready before the client ever signs.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Role

This is a pure recruiting role. No cold calling, no client meetings, no business development. Our sales team signs the clients and our account managers handle them. Your job is to find, screen, and match the talent.

You'll work inside our applicant tracking system (JazzHR) and our internal recruiting dashboard, owning the candidate side of the placement from first application to endorsed shortlist.

Day to day, you will:

  • Source and screen executive assistant applicants across South Africa and our other talent regions
  • Run video interviews and score candidates against a clear, standardised scorecard
  • Assess not just experience, but presentation – communication, professionalism, energy, and how a candidate will come across to a US executive
  • Build and maintain a standing bench of interview-ready EA candidates so we're never starting from zero
  • Match candidates from the bench to incoming client requirements and assemble shortlists
  • Keep the ATS clean and current – statuses, notes, questionnaire responses, intro videos
  • Work with our operations manager and fellow recruiters to keep the pipeline moving and hit fill-time targets

Desired Experience & Qualification

Who This Is For

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in agency or high-volume roles where speed and quality both mattered
  • You've worked in an ATS before (JazzHR, Greenhouse, Workable, Bullhorn, or similar) and you're comfortable living in it all day
  • You've recruited administrative, executive support, or office-based professionals – you know what a great EA looks like and what a weak one looks like on a CV
  • Excellent written and spoken English; you'll be interviewing on video daily and writing candidate summaries a US executive will read
  • You're decisive. You can watch a 3-minute intro video and know whether this person belongs in front of a client
  • Reliable home office: stable fibre, quiet space, professional video setup
  • Available to work hours that overlap with US business hours
