Accountabilities
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy in accounting systems and procedures.
- Support the monthly and year-end financial close processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports.
- Conduct financial variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Drive process improvements and enhance accounting practices.
- Collaborate with IT to support system integrations and automation.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and assist in audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent required.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years as a senior accountant.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
- Familiarity with internal controls and best accounting practices.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office; experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
