Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a reliable, proactive Sales Operations & Quality Assurance Coordinator to support and streamline internal processes, campaign execution, and team performance across multiple client accounts. This role blends administrative strength with quality control finesse to ensure sales campaigns are launched, monitored, and refined smoothly.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone with excellent organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and experience in sales operations or call quality roles. If you're passionate about both structure and performance, this role was designed for you.
Requirements for This Position
● 3+ years in administrative support, sales operations, or call evaluation.
● Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesmate), Google Workspace, and project
management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, or similar).
● Familiarity with cold calling and outbound sales environments.
● Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and great written/verbal
communication.
● Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and QA scorecards.
What You’ll Do in This Role
Sales Campaign Operations
● Support Account Managers by ensuring that sales campaigns are executed on time and accurately in our project management tool (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, or similar).
● Track and verify task completion across campaign lifecycles (from onboarding to reporting).
● Assist in assigning tasks to team members and monitoring campaign timelines and resource allocation.
● Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
● Coordinate onboarding of new agents and ensure their familiarity with tools, scripts, and expectations.
Call Quality & Performance Monitoring
● Evaluate recorded or live sales calls using standardized quality rubrics.
● Score and track agent calls weekly, ensuring feedback loops are integrated into coaching sessions.
● Provide clear, actionable feedback to sales agents and team leads to improve call performance.
● Monitor agent adherence to scripts, objection handling, tone, and compliance.
● Identify and report on trends in agent performance or customer engagement.
Reporting & Communication
● Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports on operations tasks, campaign progress, and call quality scores.
● Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and performance issues.
● Provide insights and suggest improvements to enhance sales operations and customer interactions.
