POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Lead Account Executive, The Senior Application Developer provides expert level knowledge of sustainment life cycle management activities for programs and project operations. Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and refining the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency. Provides technical directions to programmers, as required, to ensure that program deadlines are met. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ACTIVE DOD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology related field with ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Expert experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations. - Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
- Ideally having experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
