Responsibilities:
Own the full top-of-funnel outbound sales motion
Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, and cold email outreach to identify and engage eCommerce brands
Book qualified sales calls directly onto the founder’s calendar
Maintain a self-sourced pipeline of outbound leads (zero inbound)
Collaborate with the founder to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and messaging
Track all outreach activities and improve based on feedback + results
Maintain a detailed CRM of prospects organized in Google Sheets or Hubspot
Must meet criteria for calls: decision-maker at a $1M+/yr revenue brand, eligible category for TikTok Shop
What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
You’ve done outbound before — you know how to build a list, research a brand, and craft outreach that converts
Familiarity with eCommerce, D2C brands, or TikTok Shop is a major plus
Clear communicator — written English must be excellent
Organized, metrics-driven, and hungry to win
Preferred: candidates with B2B industry experience
BONUS: candidates that have worked for marketing agencies or other service-based industries
