Introduction

The Senior Executive – Advisory Talent is a key member of the team responsible for the sales, recruitment, and membership function. This function drives revenue relating to the Certified Chair Executive Program and first-year membership.

Working closely with the CEO and Talent Team, the Senior Executive – Advisory Talent is responsible for actively generating leads, managing the nurture process, and converting prospects through to a paid invoice for the Certified Chair Executive Program and/or first-year membership. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales and Administration

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Demonstrate positive growth in conversion rates, with a sale recognised upon payment of the invoice

  • Proactively generate leads through available channels

  • Maintain consistent and proactive outbound activity to support business development, brand awareness, and sales activities

  • Maintain a consistent LinkedIn and relevant online presence, sharing information relevant to the advisory board sector

  • Contribute proactively to business, brand, and business development activities

  • Proactively assist the administration team with following up on aged debts relating to the Certified Chair Executive Program

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into critical sales systems

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach in all communications

  • Perform other duties as required within the skillset of the individual and the requirements of the role

Package & Remuneration

Base Compensation: USD $2,200–$2,300 per month, plus commission $100 per sale

Working Hours - Flexible
