The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own and lead our marketing strategy across the APAC region. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will be responsible for shaping the regional go-to-market approach, driving measurable pipeline growth, and strengthening Prometheus Group’s brand presence in some of our most strategic markets.


As a senior member of the marketing organisation, you will work hand-in-hand with regional sales leadership and the global marketing team to ensure tight alignment between marketing and revenue objectives. You will be expected to act as a strategic advisor to the business, leading with data-driven insights, and influencing outcomes at both regional and global levels.


This is not just about campaign execution — it’s about owning regional growth, creating executive-level engagement, and building scalable programs that deliver tangible business impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the field marketing strategy for APAC, aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue contribution.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel mix of programs: strategic campaigns, industry events, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital demand initiatives.
  • Establish and track full-funnel KPIs (from lead to revenue), reporting regularly to executive stakeholders.
  • Influence go-to-market decisions with data-driven insights on regional performance, market dynamics, and customer engagement.
  • Manage regional budgets with full accountability for ROI and impact.
  • Build and scale ABM and field marketing playbooks, establishing best practices for the region.
  • Act as the senior marketing leader for APAC, ensuring regional needs are represented in global strategy.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant field marketing, demand generation, and ABM leadership in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact in APAC markets.
  • Knowledge of asset-intensive industries (energy, industrial, manufacturing, resources) is a bonus.
  • Strong experience partnering with executive-level sales leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders globally.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills — comfortable operating at C-level.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset — able to shift seamlessly from planning to delivery.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
