Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing international sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys speaking with people from around the world, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

As a Remote Sales Consultant, you will engage with potential customers through live chat and sales calls, guide them through our services, and help convert inquiries into successful sales outcomes. We are looking for someone who is energetic, process-driven, confident on the phone, and excited about helping customers take the next step in their travel journey.

Duties & Responsibilities

Live Chat Management

  • Respond professionally and promptly to incoming live chat inquiries.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and gather relevant information.
  • Qualify leads and transition conversations into booked sales calls.

Sales Calls

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective customers.
  • Manage scheduled consultation calls and follow-up conversations.
  • Present services confidently and guide customers through the sales process.

Customer Engagement

  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Deliver a positive and customer-centric sales experience.
  • Understand customer goals and recommend suitable solutions.

Administrative & CRM Tasks

  • Accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales outcomes.
  • Follow internal sales processes, scripts, and compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and customer experience.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Must be a genuine travel enthusiast who has explored the world firsthand.
  • Strong sales experience, ideally within high-volume phone sales environments.
  • Proven ability to work remotely successfully and independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and phone etiquette.
  • Positive, bubbly, engaging, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Extremely process-driven and capable of strictly following scripts, sales structures, and CRM processes.
  • Strong initiative, accountability, and reliability.
  • Highly financially motivated and hungry for commission.
  • Reliable, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond expectations in a performance-driven environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home working setup.

Package & Remuneration

  • Competitive base salary of up to USD $2,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • USD $50 commission per successful sale, except the first sale of each week which is not commissionable.
