About the role:
Customer & Consulting Leadership
- Act as the primary WorkSpan technical consultant for enterprise customers.
- Lead discovery and design workshops to understand business objectives and map them to Salesforce and the WorkSpan virtual data model.
- Partner closely with customer stakeholders, internal Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Translate executive‑level goals into clear technical designs, user stories, and delivery plans.
Salesforce Implementation & Optimization
- Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations involving the WorkSpan Managed Package.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and security models.
- Perform gap analysis to distinguish configuration vs. customization and recommend scalable solutions.
- Conduct UAT support and solution validation to ensure implementations meet business and performance expectations.
Managed Package & Apex Excellence
- Own installation, upgrades, versioning, and configuration of the WorkSpan Managed Package.
- Diagnose and refactor inefficient Apex, SOQL queries, triggers, and automation.
- Ensure solutions are bulkified, async‑optimized, and governor‑limit compliant.
- Maintain clean architecture while operating within AppExchange managed package constraints.
Integrations & Ecosystem Co‑Selling
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and partner ecosystems such as AWS ACE, Microsoft Partner Center, and other PRM / B2B platforms.
- Configure data synchronization using APIs, middleware, and WorkSpan’s Universal Adapter.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency across systems.
Enablement & Continuous Improvement
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Deliver user training and enablement sessions to drive adoption.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization.
- Participate in internal and external workshops focused on platform performance and solution evolution.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
- Deep expertise in debugging, SOQL, Flow Automation, and Salesforce data modeling.
- Proven experience working with Managed Packages and AppExchange constraints.
- Fundamental knowledge in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, third‑party platforms).
- Experience supporting B2B, partner, or co‑selling business models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead customer discussions and explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in Agile, fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications preferred (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or similar).
- Experience with PRM systems, partner ecosystems, or joint‑selling workflows.
- Prior exposure to WorkSpan or similar ecosystem / co‑selling platforms.
