Salesforce Implementation & Optimization

  • Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations involving the WorkSpan Managed Package.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and security models.

Managed Package & Apex Excellence

  • Own installation, upgrades, versioning, and configuration of the WorkSpan Managed Package.
  • Diagnose and refactor inefficient Apex, SOQL queries, triggers, and automation.
  • Ensure solutions are bulkified, async‑optimized, and governor‑limit compliant.
  • Maintain clean architecture while operating within AppExchange managed package constraints.

Integrations & Ecosystem Co‑Selling

  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and partner ecosystems such as AWS ACE, Microsoft Partner Center, and other PRM / B2B platforms.
  • Configure data synchronization using APIs, middleware, and WorkSpan’s Universal Adapter.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency across systems.

Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver user training and enablement sessions to drive adoption.
  • Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization.
  • Participate in internal and external workshops focused on platform performance and solution evolution.
