About You

Victory+ is looking for a Social Media Coordinator responsible for day-to-day content distribution across the Victory+ social media channels. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, this position will play a critical role in producing and publishing content covering our company’s growing portfolio of league and team partners while pushing the Victory+ brand forward with captivating content across the sports landscape.

 

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media in sports — a creative thinker staying on the cutting edge of cultural trends and driven by delivering high-performance results.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

●    Plan, create and post content for Victory+ social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook and YouTube

●    Create engaging and original content for social media platforms with an eye for developing trends and a strong feel for emerging brand opportunities

●    Collaborate with team members on the Victory+ content calendar and help oversee day-to-day publishing of social content within brand voice

●    Lead social community management tactics by engaging with fans across Victory+ platforms in creative and smart ways

●    Help manage live game coverage across Victory+ sports properties in coordination with full-time team members and freelancers

●   Ideate and assist on creator and influencer marketing opportunities to expand Victory+ brand exposure and content offerings

●   Assist in the development and execution of platform-specific strategies

●    Support other marketing verticals and APMC brands as needed, including help with onsite events

 

Qualifications

●   1+ year of professional experience in operating social media platforms, preferably for sports teams or brands

●   Passion for social media marketing and performance with a strong understanding of trends and best practices

●    Extreme attention to detail and creativity in copywriting, editing, planning and scheduling content

●    Strong communication skills — ideally a strong writer and storyteller

●    Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)

●    Organized team player with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

●    Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, and attend content capture opportunities on-site as assigned
