Salary: R35 000,00

Position Overview:

The South African Property Investment Consultant (SA PIC) is responsible for engaging and guiding clients at the early stages of their property investment journey. This role focuses on educating and nurturing not-qualified (NQ) clients, conducting discovery calls, supporting clients through savings and investment planning, and preparing prospects for Strategy Sessions. By maintaining consistent engagement and building strong client relationships, the SA PIC contributes to a strong pipeline of qualified leads and supports the company’s overall sales objectives.

Client Engagement and Strategy Sessions

  • Conduct Not-Qualified (NQ) Strategy Sessions (SS) to educate clients on investment opportunities, guide them through the process, and set clear next steps.
  • Create and send Client Plans from NQ Strategy Sessions once authorisation is received from the SPIC. Each plan must clearly outline investment options, recommendations, and next steps aligned to the client’s goals.
  • Conduct Discovery Calls (DCs) to identify client needs, answer questions, and introduce relevant investment opportunities.
  • Attend live webinars to engage prospects, respond to questions professionally, and represent the company in a positive and informative manner.
  • Nurture NQ clients (including those on savings plans), book Review Calls (RCs) where appropriate, and provide ongoing guidance toward qualification.

Client Relationship Management

  • Monitor client progress and engagement, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive support.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects to build trust, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Guide clients through savings and investment planning aligned with their goals and financial position.

Administration and CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, appointments, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Document all client conversations, outcomes, and next steps clearly to ensure continuity and transparency.
  • Track and report progress against KPIs, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Discovery Calls Converted to Paid Strategy Sessions: 80%
  • Strategy Sessions Attended: 90%
  • Review Calls Booked: 5 per period
  • Genuine Conversations (Existing Clients): 60 per period

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, property, financial services, or investment consulting (advantageous)
  • Experience working in a client-facing, consultative role
  • CRM system experience
  • Strong understanding of client engagement and relationship management
