Job Description

A Day in the Life 

• This position is under the supervision of a Director or Manager. This position may also receive assignments from other Finance or Operational leadership, including the Lead Financial Analyst.

• Significant contact and interaction with internal customers across many departments.

• Ability to work independently and in a team, establish priorities, meet tight deadlines, and handle diverse responsibilities.

• Ability to function in a complex multi-company environment.

• This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility, although will train or assist other team members as needed.

Qualifications

What’s Required  

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Three years’ experience in healthcare finance or similar background in healthcare or relevant industry.

• MBA, CPA, CHFP designation or qualified candidate preferred.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products and other financial software.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with employees from all levels within the organization.

• Proven ability to analyze financial transactions and results, interpret meaning of variances and trends, and perform root cause analysis across operational departments.
