The Senior Recruiter is a high performing recruiting professional responsible for driving student enrollment, developing strategic workforce partnerships, and serving as a mentor and resource for Associate Recruiters. This role manages both B2C (individual student recruitment) and B2B (Fire, EMS, Hospital, Military, and Corporate partnerships) recruiting initiatives to support organizational enrollment and revenue objectives.
The Senior Recruiter is expected to lead by example through exceptional recruiting performance, consultative relationship building, CRM excellence, process improvement, and data driven decision making, while supporting the professional development of newer recruiters.
