This individual will combine project management discipline, agile facilitation, technical expertise, and business analysis skills to deliver enterprise-level technology initiatives. Projects may span systems such as Salesforce, Workday, INFA MDM, Azure Data Lake, and custom CRM portals, with integration across departments, regulatory reporting, and producer/service provider services functions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage and deliver IT projects end-to-end — from initiation and planning through execution, testing, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate activities across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
  • Track and report progress through Smartsheet, Jira, and IT PMO/Portfolio dashboards.
  • Manage dependencies, scope changes, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Scrum Master & Agile Facilitation

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more delivery teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency.
  • Identify delivery impediments and proactively drive resolution across teams.

Business & Technical Analysis

  • Partner with business owners to elicit, document, and validate business requirements and process flows.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in Jira.
  • Conduct impact analysis, data flow mapping, and feasibility assessments for new functionality or regulatory updates.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure designs align with CAA’s technical architecture and integration strategy.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)—validate results and document findings.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with Product Owners, SMEs, and cross-functional leaders to align requirements, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively across business and technical audiences to ensure shared understanding and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors to drive collaboration and solution delivery.

Governance, Tools & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including user stories, requirements, test cases, and release notes.
  • Use Jira, Smartsheet, and Lucid chart for backlog management, progress tracking, and visualization of workflows and dependencies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT PMO/Portfolio templates, processes, and agile delivery practices.
  • Provide light post-production support, including issue triage and root cause analysis.
  • Other job related duties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience managing and delivering complex IT projects end-to-end.
  • Strong command of Agile and Scrum frameworks; able to balance agile delivery with enterprise governance.
  • Solid technical foundation in enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, MDM, Data Lake, Azure).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business concepts into technical designs and vice versa.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Lucidchart, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills with a focus on accountability and delivery.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
