- You support our Finance & Legal team within the Capital & Growth department in day-to-day business and actively contribute to ongoing projects.
- Fundraising activities, financial planning & analyses, and strategic projects – you get involved and contribute to the development of our financing strategy.
- You create professional presentations and documentation for internal decisions, investor meetings, and board communications.
- You assist with investor relations activities and maintain communication with existing and potential investors.
- You contribute to investor reporting by preparing financial updates, performance metrics, and quarterly reports.
- You conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making in fundraising and capital allocation.
Your profile
- You are studying Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field of study, ideally in your Bachelor's or an advanced Master's phase.
- You have already gained initial experience in finance, e.g. through internships or working student positions in finance, consulting, or corporate development.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and can create professional presentations.
- You have strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
- You communicate confidently in English, both written and verbal. Good German skills are a plus.
- You work in a structured and independent manner, can set priorities, and keep track even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are a team player who is eager to contribute actively and make an impact together.
- You can support us for at least 12 months and are available for 12–20 hours per week.

About us
Our process
The cylib process offers a complete end-to-end process from battery pack to green battery material by employing a combination of mechanical and thermal pre-treatments and an innovative water-based lithium and graphite recovery. Unlike incumbents, cylib can therefore recover battery materials such as lithium, graphite or manganese. The process was developed over several years of research at the renown RWTH Aachen University and offers an efficient, resource- and climate friendly recovery of all battery materials from end-of-life batteries.
cylib's technology enables the recovery of all battery components regardless of whether it is an end-of-life battery or not. Recovery of green secondary raw materials from the cylib process enables the realization of the true Circular Economy on the European market.
