Active sourcing: You’ll actively search for talent and approach exciting candidates, e.g. via LinkedIn.
Support throughout the entire recruiting process – from job posting to interview coordination.
Contribute to designing new HR processes and optimizing existing ones.
Enhance the onboarding experience for our new colleagues.
Participate in additional HR projects that strengthen our team and culture.
Support employer branding, team, and culture development:
Help shape initiatives to strengthen our company culture.
Bring your own ideas to foster employee engagement, internal communication, and employer branding.
Support with events, internal campaigns, and communication initiatives.
Maintain and optimize our HR systems (especially Personio).
Enrolled student (e.g. in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Communication Studies).
Interest in recruiting, HR processes, team culture, and employer branding.
Organizational talent, creativity, and initiative.
Initial experience with HR tools (e.g. Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus but not required.
Excellent German and English skills.
Insights into the daily HR operations of a growing international software group.
Direct collaboration with the CEO and experienced HR colleagues.

Flexible working hours (approx. 16 hours per week, spread over 2 days).
Hybrid working model – combination of home office and office in Munich/Münster.
