Admin (Bookkeeping, Payroll & Accounts Payable)
Position: Administrative Specialist Work Arrangement: Remote Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Payroll Management: Process payroll efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.

Accounts Payable: Manage invoices, process payments, and maintain vendor relationships.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in administration, bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable.
