⢠Integrate and manage accounting data from multiple platforms such as Shopify, Square, PayPal, and Stripe

⢠Ensure data integrity and maintain audit\-ready financial records with thorough documentation of reconciliations and adjustments

⢠Prepare and maintain Australian BAS\/Activity Statements with correct GST treatment
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Support bookkeeping across a variety of business types, including retail, hospitality, professional services, construction, and e\-commerce

<\/div>
⢠Collaborate closely with business owners to resolve queries, clarify transaction treatments, and complete reporting cycles efficiently

<\/div>
⢠Identify and escalate reconciliation discrepancies, GST risks, and process inefficiencies while providing practical solutions

⢠Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain a high standard of accuracy in all financial records
