• Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs through SimPro & Xero Prepare, schedule, and process payments out of Xero with accuracy

• Handle Accounts Receivable, including invoicing\/Progress Claims and chasing outstanding debts <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Produce accurate departmental financial reports using spreadsheets, SimPro & Xero data <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Maintain clear, organised financial records and assist with month\-end tasks <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries<\/span>
