The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Program Director for Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Finance (BMEF) to join our System Office’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) department. We’re looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the current business education environment in our state. As the Program Director, you will work directly within the BMEF team, managing and supporting the Assistant Program directors of FBLA & DECA. You will support institutions with the development and management of quality secondary and post-secondary CTE programs, providing leadership and expertise in the development and coordination of CTE programming. The Program Director coordinates training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for CTE faculty and administrators and facilitates content committees for secondary and post-secondary faculty to develop standards for CTE programs. The person in this role promotes and implements strategic initiatives as outlined in the CCCS and Colorado CTE Strategic Plans.
