Our client is seeking a Finance Advisor to serve as a fractional CFO supporting multiple client businesses. This role focuses on financial advisory, forecasting, and profitability analysis while helping business owners make strategic financial decisions and drive business growth.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Act as a financial advisor / fractional CFO for a portfolio of client businesses
- Analyze and optimize P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and financial performance
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and activity summaries
- Manage budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial planning for clients
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, pricing strategies, and cost management
- Partner with operations and marketing advisors to support business growth strategies
- Conduct regular financial reviews and guide clients on strategic financial decisions
- Support expansion opportunities including new markets, acquisitions, and business investments
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial consulting
- Strong experience analyzing financial statements, financial models, and forecasting
- Experience managing budgets, profitability analysis, and financial planning processes
- Advanced Excel skills with experience preparing financial reports and dashboards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to business leaders
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
