Finance Controller - duties include:

• Preparation of budgets and forecasts, including cash flow and working capital management; this will include presenting to the CFO; and the senior exec team.
• Preparation of, and commentary on, monthly management accounts;
• Ownership of balance sheet & all reconciliation;
• Ownership of the reporting to the company parent on a bi-annual basis a part of their consolidation;
• Assisting the Company tax advisor as required, particularly with regard to preparing the annual R&D Tax Credits claim;
• Year-end audit planning / general auditor relationship management;
• Key contact & lead for internal stock takes;
• Build team to support growth of the business e.g. AR / credit control, AP, export management and documentation requirements.

Finance Controller requirements:

• Recognised Accountancy qualification – newly qualified /1-2 years PQE.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Must be able to present financial reports to senior management teams

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days.
