Introduction

Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare/Nursing Recruiter to join their team. As a Nursing Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting nurses for the organization and also providing recruitment training to other team members.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality nursing talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  • Provide recruitment training to other team members.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with nursing schools, nursing associations, and other organizations to source candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, with a focus on nursing recruitment preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
