YOUR NEXT ROLE
As our Legal & Compliance Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for legal and regulatory matters across the Acclaro Group. You’ll lead initiatives that protect our business, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across contracts, risk, ESG, and intellectual property. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working cross-functionally with InfoSec, Sales Ops, People Ops, and external advisors. If you thrive on complexity, clarity, and collaboration, this role is built for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and maintain the Group’s central contract database, ensuring completeness, version control, and template governance
- Lead legal reviews of customer and supplier contracts, NDAs, DPAs, and Codes of Conduct in partnership with Sales Ops and Delivery Management
- Manage statutory filings and corporate structure updates across group entities
- Expand and maintain the Group Risk Register in collaboration with InfoSec, reporting to SLT and Board
- Oversee insurance policies across jurisdictions, ensuring coverage adequacy and broker transitions
- Monitor and enforce compliance with international sanctions and embargoes (UN, EU, US, UK, KBC)
- Manage trademark and patent applications and renewals to protect Acclaro’s brand assets
- Develop ESG compliance frameworks and reporting methodologies with Finance and external advisors
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU
- Have 10+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance role
- Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
- Are confident navigating complex legal landscapes across multiple jurisdictions
- Thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy translating legal nuance into business clarity
- Are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders at all levels, including SLT and external counsel
YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU
- Have experience in ESG reporting, sanctions compliance, or commercial law
- Are familiar with legal tech tools and contract lifecycle management platforms
- Have worked in a global, multilingual organization or with international clients
- Bring a strategic mindset and a passion for building scalable compliance systems
- Are fluent in more than one language
