Litigation Paralegal — AZ/CA

The Role 

We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our Arizona/California caseload. 

A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required. 

Experience in: Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, or South Carolina is considered a plus.  

OUR REQUIREMENTS: 

• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery 

• PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience 

• Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process 

• Drafting Discovery Responses 

• Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence 

• Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses 

• Calendaring litigation timelines 

• Conducting status update calls with clients 

• Client update calls 

• Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests 

• Assist in trial preparation 

• Verified litigation experience in Arizona and California plus additional states.  

• Familiarity with AZTurboCourt/eFileAZ; if supporting California matters, must meet California's statutory paralegal qualification requirements (Bus. & Prof. Code §6450).
