What You’ll Own:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase qualified web traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure on-page and technical SEO best practices are applied.
- Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, etc.).
- Conduct regular website audits to identify issues and recommend improvements in line with SEO trends and algorithms.
- Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Public Relations (PR)
- Implement and monitor PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and awareness across digital and traditional media.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and company announcements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
- Coordinate media coverage and respond to press inquiries as needed.
- Track and report on PR campaign performance and media mentions.
Marketing Communications Support
- Assist in the development of content strategies aligned with SEO and PR goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Support campaign launches, events, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor competitor marketing and communication activities.
You’re a Fit If…
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or public relations.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with media relations and press release distribution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of link-building and outreach strategies.
- Understanding of social media’s role in PR and SEO integration.
