Job Description

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree Preferred

·      5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting and Oracle Core HR.

·      Experience with Journeys, Self-Service (MSS/ESS), and Redwood/VB UX configuration.

·      Experience working in multi-country ORC implementations.

·      Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and data migration processes.

·      Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

·      Project management experience

·      Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·      Strong attention to detail

·      Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution

·      Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certifications - Recruiting/HR and Core HR.

·      Proven capability of influencing, coaching and advising team members

·      Exposure to AI Agents.
