The Outreach Coordinator \/ HR\-Recruiter is responsible for conducting outreach to healthcare facilities to identify staffing opportunities while supporting recruiting and Human Resources functions. This remote role focuses on outreach through phone calls, emails, and scheduling community meetings or events for administrative leadership, as well as recruiting and onboarding healthcare professionals in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

<\/span>Outreach Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Conduct outreach via phone calls and emails to healthcare facilities and organizations requiring staffing services. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Identify and contact Assisted Living Facilities, Acute Care Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), IV pharmacies, infusion centers, hospitals, clinics, and home health agencies. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Introduce and promote staffing services for CNAs, Caregivers, LVNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Schedule community meetings, facility visits, and networking events for administrative leadership to attend. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Track outreach activity, contacts, and scheduled meetings. \-Follow up with facilities and coordinate next steps with administrative staff. <\/span>

<\/span>Recruiting & HR Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>  <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Recruit, pre\-screen, and interview CNAs, Caregivers, LVNs, and RNs <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Verify licenses, certifications, credentials, and required documentation. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Track and ensure completion of onboarding requirements, including background checks, health screenings, and compliance documents in a timely manner. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Communicate onboarding steps and timelines clearly to candidates. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs and placement readiness. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed.<\/span>
