Responsibilities

  • Process customer billing, adjustments, and payment applications
  • Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and accounting issues
  • Maintain A/R metrics and collections reports
  • Reconcile billings and prepare month-end accrual entries
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Provide backup support to team members
  • Perform other general accounting and A/R billing tasks as assigned

  • Maintain and update department policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements

  • Collaborate effectively across departments
  • Keep management informed of key activities and issues

 

Qualifications

 

Education

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

 

Experience

  • 2–4 years in billing, A/R, or general accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, reports)
  • Experience with WorkDay software preferred

 

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
