Responsibilities:
- Handle full ADP and Deel payroll cycle (processing, reconciliation, agency notice resolutions, etc.).
- Handle all aspects of the 401(k) cycle (processing, reconciliations, and annual census reporting)
- Prepare journal entries and adjusting journal entries to record and reconcile ADP and Deel payroll, consultant invoices and accrued payroll payable
- Reconcile and prepare adjusting journal entries to reconcile credit card payables, others accrued expenses and vendor payables.
- Assists with accounts receivable, if needed.
- Assists with budget preparation.
- Reviews and analyzes the organization's payroll and payable operations; recommends improvements.
- Assists with related special projects as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent education.
- At least two years' experience as staff accountant handling or assisting month end closing.
- At least one year of experience processing payroll
- Proficient in QuickBooks, excel, pivot table.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
