Position Overview
We're seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. This role requires someone who balances technical accounting expertise with excellent client service skills.

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights
- Perform technical accounting functions
- Develop client relationships and provide advisory services
- Review bookkeepers' work for accuracy
- Document and optimize accounting processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years accounting experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar platforms
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships

Work Environment
- 100% remote position
- 20-40 hours weekly (minimum 20 hours required)
- Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time
- Must be located in: Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas
