Opportunity 

We are looking to grow our Strategic Finance team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our finance, go-to-market, product, clinical, customer success, and analytics teams to design and execute on our financial and corporate strategy. This is an extremely high-visibility role within a fast-growing digital health tech company. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of the business and interact regularly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as key strategic partner to our senior leadership team
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build financial forecasts that influence the strategic direction of the company
  • Conduct financial modeling to analyze and determine the financial impact of key strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain long term company financial model to inform internal prioritization and external investor communications
  • Build and maintain detailed model of Twin’s margin structure to identify areas of improvement and direct operational planning
  • Support special projects, future fundraising activities and associated transaction execution
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or related fields; healthcare or technology experience preferred
  • Experience and high proficiency in designing and executing financial models
  • Strong critical thinking, communication skills and business acumen
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic, constantly evolving business environment and adapt quickly to deliver on critical needs
  • Track record of effectively managing multiple stakeholders
  • Extreme attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $105,000-$115,000 annually.
